The emotional need for significance; this is a need of respect. Consumer wants to be respected and they want to know they are valued. Another emotional need is security; the consumer wants to know they are secure in their new home, your health club. Next is the emotional need of connection, a sense of love and belonging the consumer wants to experience from your health club. This emotional need is one of the great reasons to incorporate a membership program in your health club.
